These Terms govern your use of the Comiku mobile application and related services (“Comiku”, “we”, “us”). By using Comiku you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher). If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, including for any purchase.
You can start as a guest tied to your device. Signing in with Google, Apple, Facebook or email upgrades the same account, keeping your gems and stories. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time (see Section 8).
Gem packs are sold as in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their payment terms. Refunds of store purchases are handled by the stores under their policies (see our FAQ for links). If gems from a valid purchase were not credited, contact [email protected] with your receipt — verification is idempotent, so a retried purchase is never charged twice. If a purchase is refunded or revoked by the store, we may deduct the corresponding gems (which can make a balance negative) and, for abuse, suspend the account.
Do not use Comiku to create or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, violent-extremist, or that infringes others' rights; do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, overload or circumvent the service, its pricing or its safety measures. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with gems forfeited in cases of abuse or fraud.
We continuously improve Comiku and may add, change or remove features (including AI models and their gem costs for future generations). Old app versions may stop being supported — the app will ask you to update. We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties; AI generation depends on third-party providers and may occasionally fail (failed jobs are refunded in gems).
Delete your account in the app (Profile → Support → Delete account) or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion removes your stories, uploads and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. purchase records). Remaining gems are forfeited on deletion and are not refundable, as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Comiku after a change means you accept it.
