No. Comiku has no subscriptions and no recurring charges. You only buy gem packs when you want them.

No. If a comic, video or translation job fails, the gems are refunded to your balance automatically. You can see every movement in the app under your gem history.

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and refunds follow their policies. Request an App Store refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or a Google Play refund from your order history. If something went wrong on our side (for example gems were not credited), contact us with your store receipt and we'll fix it.

Make sure you're signed in to the same Comiku account you purchased with, then pull to refresh the store screen. Purchases are verified server-side and are safe to retry — you will never be charged twice for the same store transaction. Still missing? Send us the store receipt and your account email.

Gems never expire. Sign in (Google, Apple, Facebook or email) and your balance and stories follow you to any device. Gems have no cash value and can't be transferred to another person or converted back to money.

Yes — you start as a guest tied to your device. When you later sign in, your guest gems and stories carry over automatically.

In the app: Profile → Support → Delete account, or email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We remove your account, stories, uploads and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons. See the Privacy Policy.

You do. You can download, share and post your creations freely. Please make sure you have the rights to any photo you upload as a reference. See the Terms for the details.

Very old versions can lose compatibility with our servers. When that happens the app shows an update screen that links to the store; installing the latest version fixes it.
